Eternal Youth-Fact Or Fiction?

Since time immemorial, man has been seeking the fountain of youth. Perpetual youth has been his ultimate dream. All of us during our lifetimes do wonder "will I look young again?" And to realize this "dream" the people spend a fortune on that new skin cream that has hit the market recently, which promises to "take years off your life", or on the infamous shot called Botox. Billions of dollars spent each year on such products is proof enough that man(and women ofcourse) are not going to give up their quest for eternal youth!

Such efforts are natural and healthy too, for youth is synonymous with so many of the things which make life rich and enjoyable. Youth makes you feel more confident. You are more energetic when you are young! So actually youth is synonymous to GOOD HEALTH!! But maybe we are looking at the wrong direction for the right solutions.

An ancient Hindu legend has it that a warrior who roamed all around the world in search of a precious stone he had lost, found it embedded right on his forehead, when a child pointed it out to him when he had lost all hope to find it and was back in his own village.
